Eric has been practicing civil litigation for the past 14 years and has tried dozens of complex cases involving medical and professional malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, birth trauma and aviation litigation. Eric earned his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law and was a partner at a large New Haven law firm before joining the litigation team at Stratton Faxon.  A member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the Connecticut and New Haven County Bar Associations, as well as the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA), Eric has handled several important trials in both State and Federal Court in Connecticut, as well as appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the Connecticut Supreme Court and the Connecticut Appellate Court. He has also taught as an adjunct professor for over a decade, instructing classes on American Government, Litigation, and Business Law I and II.
